Any hosts/people with a key around on Wednesday 23rd?

Hi,

Wanted to book a laser cutting session on Wednesday but wanted to check if anyone is gonna be around as I’m not a host.

Afternoon would be ideal but can do morning if it’s better?

Have been a member for ages and used the cutter loads of times so should be fine to just get on with it.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Assuming no one is around tomorrow.
If anyone does decide to go down last minute please feel free to let me know in this thread and I’ll try get down.

Otherwise, don’t know if anyone will be around over the weekend? Is it best to make a new post asking?

Or otherwise otherwise @directors how do I go about becoming a host? I’ve had a few hosted sessions and been a member for a few years now, but I’m only down there sporadically so don’t know how it would work?

Hi Trystan you need to get two members to vouch for you for as a key keyholder (shutter access), and then you can host

Shit sorry ended up working in the end and only got home not long ago. Usually get email notifications but not today for some reason!

Appreciate the offers anyways. I’ll probably try and get down on Saturday if Ryan or someone is down there. Will be sure to keep a close eye on the calendar.

Hi, @petra can see your booked in on the laser on Saturday. Just wondering if you’re using it all day or just for certain hours? Can only see the time for the hosted session which is all day.

Oh, not a whole day certainly. When do you want to use it? I’m flexible.

Errm me too tbh, would ideally book a 3 hour slot but I’m happy to do morning or afternoon. Whatever’s most convenient for you really.

I am meeting with Ryan for a project and also have a 10minute lasercutting job - suppose I can squeeze in and you book when you want?

Cool will try and book in a slot from like 12:00 - 15:00. I’m on my phone at work atm so will try work out how to edit the calendar best I can!

Have added my name with the time in brackets to the hosted session. Couldn’t work out how to add the end time bit, dunno if it’s coz I’m on a phone/the host needs to do that/I’m an idiot. Possibly a combination of all three.
