Anybody in the space 1500-1900 on Tues 16th?

Space booking has a gap in shutter access between 1500 and 1900.

Cheers

If you get there before 1500 and leave after 1900 nobody is going to kick you out I think that’s how we handle this. You can’t leave until somebody with shutter access comes though

There may still be people there who have not put stuff in the calendar

There has to be a shutter access member present at all times…
Seems likely someone will be there but this is great reminder that folks need to be better about booking and perhaps encouragement to help out with welcome or any of the other area

I’m afraid, this is a misconception! As Kyle mentioned:

That’s why it breaks my heart when shutter members do not show consideration for non-shutter members. It’s just wrong.

How is a member with shutter access not showing consideration to those without when they have to leave and have to lock up?

He just meant that they don’t put a booking in the calendar

Honestly thought that only applies to the end of the night sort of close down.

Not between 2 bookings but i guess there could be an emergency and nobody can close it on short notice if there isn’t any

If a member with shutter does not put a booking in the calendar, that is inconsiderate towards non-shutter members - At least in my book, which means this is my humble opinion and you can do what you like with it.

Of course, if you only swing by to pick something up or drop something off, that wouldn’t make sense to put a booking in for that.

Yea, the issue is if the non-shutter member changes plans and needs to leave for some reason, which would leave the Space open and completely unattended…

Welp, that’s a shame. I suspect that someone was there in this slot, but I live too far to take the chance.
