Hey, I was wondering if anyone will be in the space this pm? I just arrived but don’t have shutter access. There’s a green tick on the website but the shutters are down right now. Can hang around for a bit if anyone is planning to come in a bit!

Or if anyone local might be able to come let me in would really appreciate it!

Seems we’re having some small issues again, this happened the other night too. @systems @Kyle

The tick just reads from the tool logs…if that’s broken I can’t do much other than disable the tick. Will do so now…

Part of my rewrite for tool control is to remove the possibility of actions happening without getting logged. My understanding is that tick has been very helpful while folks aren’t good at booking but I understand it’s frustrating when wrong!

Yea it is really helpful to have it if it works - I think without it it doesn’t really make it very easy to come visit as a non key-holder. I will hang around another 20 min nearby in case anyone is available then I’ll go home

The Carnegie Library in Herne Hill is a very nice working space. Not right by the makerspace but a short bus journey away. Could be a stop gap?

Ah thanks so much all, I just got back home, but good to know about the Carnegie hall for next time, thanks! Well next time I will check someone will definitely be in before coming down! And if there’s anything I can do to get a volunteering session done so I can be one step closer to getting a shutter key let me know! Thanks!
