Arduino night / Electronics night - 24th Nov 16

Had a few people ask about Arduino both from a beginners stand point and as a conversion over from PIC/Mindstorm etc

If there’s a want, I’m happy to run an informal workshop on the Electronics club night of the 24th Nov. From 8pm

Please reply here if you are interested and I’ll make it happen.

SLMS has a bunch of basic Arduino UNO’s and I have some more advanced boards so all you will need to bring is an open mind and a laptop if you want us to help set it up for you… should be a good evening.

I would love to do this but can’t make the date. If you run something similar again I will come. Def get lego in the space. Also it’s great to reuse for casting boxes.

Good night tonight… 3 new faces to Electronics club (all recent joiners), played with some Arduino’s, robotics, soldering 101 and general tinkering… even looked at a sick Makerbot and the laser extract - not a bad shift !
