I was just coming to defend breads honour!
Looks good though, I have one, just never knew what it was called 
So that’s what it ended up looking like. The blade doesn’t look like it’s held in place all that strongly though?
It’s pretty secure. I’ll provide further updates if anyone loses a finger.
