Door won’t open

Hey

Am at the space. Shutter opened but the door won’t :sleepy: any advice?

yesterday I had the same thing. @Julia saved me. But it was a big mess… the entire fob system didn’t work, whcih means tool control also didn’t work… well… it worked like 10% of the time.

Do we know why this is happening?
