Dowel Jig?

Does anyone know if the space has a dowel drilling jig (picture below)?

There’s one for pocket holes by the sandpaper - idk if it has the ability to do vertical holes though. If the piece is too big for the pillar drill, you could easily make one with a scrap - we have stop collars.

There is one just like this in a sea green box on the LH side of the cabinets behind the belt sander.
