Hello @systems - my fob didnt seem to want to work on the laser cutter earlier; it allows me to log on but then says the cutter isn’t connected to the port or something. When Brian tried it, it worked fine, so thinking it could be related to my fob?

Since we have 2 control softwares running for one laser, the issue may be that you needed to switch from one to the other.
Look for the Ruby icon on the bottom right of the screen.
Right click on it.
Go to Laser Mode and choose JobControl
“Fob and Lasercutter”? Are you sure you weren’t in the pub next door by mistake?
