Forgive me - I’m new to using Discourse and the Space, so might be talking rubbish.
Based on conversations last night, there were comments that using the calendar is a bit clunky. Would using a Discourse form plug in (like https://custom-wizard.pavilion.tech/ ), which captures the needed information in drop downs etc. (rather than having to change a template) and creates the calendar entry, solve the issue?
Forms can also be used to smooth out other processes, like requesting shutter access etc.
