Hello, I’m Mikaela. Thrilled to have just joined. I’m specifically interested in woodworking at the space but love learning new making processes so I’m sure that will expand. I’ve recently completed a furniture-making and joinery course (hand tools and machine) and am keen to keep practising my new skills and to contribute in any way I can. Great to see you have joined the Space! If you sign up to the basic woodshop inductions that will be the first step to get you into the woodshop! Furniture making sounds like an very interesting thing and I am looking forward to seeing some of your pieces! Where did you do your course? 
Thanks Julia! I did my course at The Goodlife Centre in Borough, they’ve got lots of great weekend and evening courses as well as the full-time option.
