Hi Everyone, My name is Mahamed and I’m very much looking forward to using the makerspace. I’m currently working as a Grad Software engineer and hoping to get more into electronics/robotics as well as working with metals and 3D printing. I’m currently learning more about Arduino and Fusion 360 for CAD. I hope to help with Software problems where needed.

Welcome, glad you found your way to us! Sounds like you’d fit right in! A great way to get to know the Makerspace is coming to an Open Evening. They happen every other Wednesday, from 7pm - 9pm. Well, if you’re quick, you could still pop in for another hour tonight. 
The next one should be happening Wednesday, October 19th from 7pm-9pm.
Otherwise, you can see in the calender the events that are open to the public, like Electronics Night, usually every Thursday from 7pm.
I’m sure any member would be happy to give you an impromptu tour of the Makerspace and explain to you the ins and outs.

Welcome to the community I’m currently working on a renewable home heating project using Fusion 360 and ESP8266s (Like Arduinos on steroids, WiFi and extra speed / RAM). Even looks like we’re going to get government funding 
if any of that sounds interesting please drop me a line, would be great to chat.

I should also point out the product is basically a robot arm too, not sure if that helps
