Hi all!

I’m a new member and had a great tour by Steve tonight (thank you Steve!)

I’m a Brockley based filmmaker by trade but love doing little wood working projects during quieter periods. I’m keen to make a shoe rack and toys for my nieces and nephews, as well as help other members with projects if they need an extra pair of hands!

I’d love to do the woodworking induction so I can get started (and hopefully induct other members in the future). However, when I click on the induction list link it says ‘access denied’. Am I doing something wrong? (forgive me, I’m still getting my head around Discourse!)

Look forward to meeting other members in person.

I’ve added you onto the Basic Woodshop Induction waiting list anyway now that I know your username but obviously get your Discourse access sorted properly and read all the info, there’s loads!..

When you get into the top 10 you’ll be invited to an induction session and if you are in too 3 replies then you get in…

You don’t have to monitor the list, you’ll be contacted when there is a chance of an induction for you :+1:
