Hello everyone,
I came to an open evening a couple of months back and have finally gotten around to filling in the form and applying to be a memeber!
My name’s Alex, my background is in product design engineering and I have recently started my own design studio business with a focus on industrial design for digital fabrication - 3D printing, CNC and laser. I have a range of furntiure and I’m working on expanding the range and consultancy I offer.
I’ve always been a keen maker, which I think guides my design work towards open source, additive manufacture etc. I was previously a member a few different makerspaces, but now I’m living just up the road in Tulse Hill I’m looking forward to joining this community and meeting folk.
