I am not a member but have joined the waiting list. I have always liked woodwork and have made a few things but during lockdown got a bit happy with the credit card and bought some plywood, a table saw and some more clamps and started to make some patterns with the wood to make the shelves I wanted. You Tube was involved as well. I am getting better but glueing up on the sitting room floor isn’t ideal and sawing outside has to be restricted abit because of the noise and mess, so a workshop with space and other like minded people would be ideal. I missed the open evening but will certainly get to the next one.

Yes, city living we all have these issues - I also bought a bunch of loud giant tools over lockdown (oops!), Makerspace is the ideal solution for this! Hope to see you at the next open evening!
