I volunteer as Tribute! But how?

@directors and @metaltechs. I can’t find a specific thread, but how can one go about volunteering to become an inductor?

Myself, I’m often around in the day using the lathe and I know my way around the angle grinder, so might @scythian induct me as an inductor?
