But maybe a few signs pointing people to the arches and so some tours?
Yea maybe an open day? There is a lot of foot traffic around then, with the right signage could be good?

Is it too late to book a small stand handing out leaflets and directing people to the space with an open day as @asander1 suggests .
I would close the open day promptly at 5pm though as the show tends to cause certain members of the public to drink too much alcohol…… we do not need practicing alcoholics, binge drinkers and delinquents running round the space.
Will take a look at the cost/availability for a table - would need volunteers in both places, so would also need member support of the idea - anyone into it?
Yes, I can be free for that weekend, probably afternoons either at MakerSpace or the venue, happy to staff a stall depending on timing and details? 
I think we’re much too late
The crowds are huge at this, and can be very boozy, and previously members decided battening down the hatches was a better approach (!) than opening the doors
