I have created a temporary group @MetalMovers for coordinating the work we need to do to get metal moved over. Feel free to add or remove yourself!
We are working on getting the final plan with SMEE for the positioning and delivery of the machines. We also have ongoing work for extraction, electrical, and foundation.
@Kyle Would love to help out with any moving of equipment! Shout when you’re thinking of doing it and I’ll make time to come and help 
Happy to help, although is there a link to the original plan or outline for the SMEE?
I think there’s a floorplan with specific machine locations worked out with SMEE, not sure if it’s on discourse anywhere.
Very astute but I’m not sure which is preferable!
Andy from SMEE has set up a number of machine shops. He and I have been working on a plan but we’re not quite ready to declare it accurate to the millimeter!
When it’s locked in, we’ll know where the plinths and electrical will go.
Is there any dates coming up soon where you need a spare set of hands? I’m local and can do most evenings or time at the weekend 
Ended up coming in today to grab something that was gluing up - parallels are in metal drawers above thread taps
Can we keep all the precision tools in here?
I’ll put a label on them soon but just a polite public notice that those two chests are on indefinite loan from my company. Grateful if they’d be treated with due care.
