Missing USB to SD card adapter, 3D printer (again ...)

Hi,

The USB to SD card adapter was missing from the 3D printer area today. This seems to happen regularly. Would it be possible to make sure it stays there?

It is a bit frustrating arriving at the makerspace with grand 3D printing plans and not being able to even put your file on an SD card …

Ahh I do need to order an new one for the area. I haven’t been down in a little bit so the one that was there must have gone for a wander.

What I might do is get a wired one and wire it into the back of the machine rather than it sticking out the USB port on the front. We can maybe mount this to the desk then so it doesn’t go walkies.

It was here this afternoon a little before you arrived, I did shift things around trying to clear a blocked nozzle on the printer so it’s possible I accidentally pushed it behind the printer in the process? Definitely agree that a card adapter on a string would be a good idea

I was going to say, I feel like “attach a piece of string to it and glue the string to the desk” might be a simpler solution here!

Weld this hungry boi to the desk and it can remain plugged in.
