Hi, I’m not sure who to ask this, but I have only been to an open day and haven’t been to the space since. would it be possible for me to go on Saturday to sort out the key fob thing?

Hi Austin,
If you log into the membership system and click the ‘Discourse’ button you should be able to link your accounts: this will mean you can see members’ areas, including the clock icon at the top of Discourse – this lets you see if the door/shutter has been activated, and is a reasonable indicator of whether there are members in the Space

Hi I am having trouble with the key fob activation as I have entered the ‘wrong password’ too many times and cannot log in (except I can log in here for some reason, with the same password ) I don’t know what I did wrong. What do I do? (I am in the space by the way)

My login details seem to work for discourse but not for the membership system
If I don’t have to be in the space to sort this out then I am going to make my way home because I have a fairly long train ride back

They are two different systems are you mixing up the password and email address from one with another?
Yes that’s probably it, I’ll try and sort it out when I get home
