Next CNC and/or laser-cutter Induction?

Hello,

I am a new member and was wondering when the next mini-CNC or laser-cutter induction is? Do we initiate these inductions as members or wait until they are scheduled?

Hi Andy

If users request an induction, some inductors will be nudged into action and will schedule one.
If there is one scheduled, it is offered to people on the waiting list, in order of listing.

You can find the waiting lists here.

Others may reach out to you and arrange a one-to-one induction at a time that suits you both (this is rare, because it doesn’t scale well).

I’m on the laser inductors. We’ll be scheduling some new inductions soon.

I feel nudged…:wink:
I used to do inductions, but I’m out of the loop since the latest re-shuffle.
I’ll be back next week and have a chat with the techs, I’ll probably can organise a few inductions shortly, so watch this space

Yes, that’s for the mini CNC, the big one is working, but isn’t ready fir inductions yet afaik.
