Router bits on CNC machine and vice versa

Hi,

Need to buy a 1/4in spoil board router bit for use with sled and my router.

Can you use this 1/4in bit on either of our CNC’s?

I’ve purchased indexed cutters in the past but that would work well for the large CNC.
