Does anyone have any knowledge in sewing machine maintenance by any chance?
The overlocker has been giving me a hard time and I suspect that it could do with a service.

If not, you might have to organize a profesionall service who’d be hired to fix it, as far as I understand Makerspace would pay for it.

What’s the issue with it?
The pink path thread keeps breaking for some reason I’ve re-threaded it many times. Sometimes it works for a while, sometimes it keeps breaking 5 times in a row.
Have you tried changing the needle, sometimes that helps. Or the thread might not be strong enough and breaks because of the tension it is going through. And occasionally the machine just doesn’t like your fabric. You could try changing all the threads and the fabric and test the machine on some calico and see if there is still a problem.
I’ve tried all that. I think it’s the last hook of the pink path that too sharp. Maybe it has been damaged and that where the thread gets broken.
