Hi folks,
The foot control lever (name?) for the Bernina came loose the moment I put hands on it last night. I couldn’t figure out how to reinstall it, so had to resort to raising the foot gently by hand, which is a pain because it’s spring loaded so I could only raise it a few mm.

Thanks for letting us know. Have you put the lever somewhere safe? I won’t be able to get to the space until the weekend at the earliest.

Thanks. Have taped the lever to the tabletop, can’t miss it. Hope it’s an easy fix, I was badly jet lagged so might’ve missed an obvious repair.
it connects with a screw to the arm, would be good to find the screw they use some weird thread on sewing machines.
I figured as much, didn’t find anything on the floor around the machine and couldn’t see where the screw might be if inside the machine.
Thats my idea too, I have some sewingmachine screws I’ll bring them tomorrow, is there a maintenance box for them?
