My biggest project in the coming months will be to work on a van conversion - that includes building furniture for it. It’s a small van (similar size to VW transporter) so not much furniture 
I’m quite interested in the option of building the furniture based on aluminium T-slot profile, as it seems to be rather robust and light. Been researching a lot and I’m about to jump and buy a few bits and bobs to try it out!
Is anyone experienced in building furniture out of aluminium profiles? Mixing the technical possibilities with some aesthetics as well?
