Where to find a Self Service Garage?

Hi,

I’m fed up with yearly car servicing crazy costs… most of the time for just changing few filters and oil, sometime also using very low quality parts…
Anyone is aware of any self service garage near SLMS? I’m looking for a space with a car ramp and tools to hire for 4 hrs…
